Herve Pronzato

CHEF & OWNER

Chef & owner Herve Pronzato is a passionate chef born and raised in Paris whose reputation precedes him. Having worked among top-level high-end hotels & restaurants in Greece and abroad as an executive chef (Hytra restaurant, Intercontinental Athens, Spondi restaurant, Danai Beach Resort And Villas, Uk, Middle East, Malaysia) is now returning to his beloved city to present his take on modern gastronomy. Through his attempt Chef Herve is presenting a lifelong gastronomic journey through Europe, Middle East and Asia. His motto for his future guests is #expecttheunexpected #blessed #grateful.

Meet Vangelis!

Having been working under the Michelin philosophy in the past, Vangelis holds himself to an uncompromising ethical and legal standard for high end service. Starting his early steps back in 2008 his is now teaching as a professional teacher to future chefs out there! His passion from gastronomy derives from his personal interest as a guitarist plus his impeccable skills on singing. His moto for life is #happythoughts.

Meet Elizabeth!

Being our front of the house manager, Elizabeth has a serious bond with gastronomy. Her remarkable previous working experience has come to a mutual align with Herve restaurant’s philosophy. Maybe it’s her voice maybe it’s her character, no matter what, she is committed to providing an unforgettable experience to all of our guests. Besides working, her royal majesty enjoys cooking and dancing, both in the same time!! If Elizabeth were a cartoon, she would undeniably be “The Ariel”. Her moto for life is #yourmajesty #keepswimming.

Meet Grigoris!

Starting from a very young age, Grigoris soon discovered his passion for cooking. Being a homemade professional cook was the biggest challenge he ever confronted over the numerous restaurants and chefs he cooperated with in Greece and abroad. After completing his management studies, his is still inclined to believe that there is no ceiling to what one can learn from scratch making sure to be in a mentality of learning. Thumbs up for Grigoris! His moto for life is #nomatterwhat #keepgoing #alwayssmile.

Meet George!

As a hospitality expert, George takes serious pride in surveying a world class experience to our guests, an experience deriving from his numerous working “adventures” into leading beverage positions among the top-notch Hotels & Restaurants in Greece. Nothing can be more accurate than the fact that as an obsessed character he is always in search of…pretty much everything that can be of any use.  His innovative approach into fine drinking finally found a shelter for our future visitors. If George were a cartoon, he would unanimously be “Thomas O’ Malley” from The Aristocrats. His moto for life is #whateverittakes #enjoytheride.

Meet Maria!

Despite her young age and being our youngest member of our team, Maria has already developed a Michelin mentality. Having worked in 5-star hotels and Michelin awarded restaurants, Maria never ceases to amaze us with her personal and interpersonal skills.

If Maria were a cartoon she would definitely be “the Roadrunner”. Her life moto is #outofthisworld.

Meet Nikos!

Born and raised in Rhodes island, Nikos carries a 5-star philosophy acquired through his domestic and abroad professional experience. He is always willing to go the extra mile gaining knowledge and cooking skills beside our team. As an islander, he derives satisfaction from travelling and pretty much everything that will upgrade his knowledge. His moto for life is #etsieipame.

Meet Christos!

Born and raised in Crete, Christos after finishing his mathematical studies in the university soon came to realize that there is a whole new cooking world to unfold besides numbers. In the face of being a moving calculator, he always relates cooking with matching the perfect equation. No matter the case might be, he invariably concludes in the same denominator which is: #lifeissimple. If Christos were to be a cartoon, he would improbably be Droopy.

Meet Chryssa!

Working her way into the social anthropology degree, she already knows how to handle a perfect serve making sure every aspect of our front of house service is being taken care of. Beside handling human behaviors Chryssa provides us a calm and stress-free spirit which is the perfect match for our team.  Besides that, she is a portable juke-box with unlimited repertoire!

If Chryssa were a cartoon, she would doubtlessly be “Cruella De Vil”, don’t’ even ask why!
