Chef & owner Herve Pronzato is a passionate chef born and raised in Paris whose reputation precedes him. Having worked among top-level high-end hotels & restaurants in Greece and abroad as an executive chef (Hytra restaurant, Intercontinental Athens, Spondi restaurant, Danai Beach Resort And Villas, Uk, Middle East, Malaysia) is now returning to his beloved city to present his take on modern gastronomy. Through his attempt Chef Herve is presenting a lifelong gastronomic journey through Europe, Middle East and Asia. His motto for his future guests is #expecttheunexpected #blessed #grateful.
As a hospitality expert, George takes serious pride in surveying a world class experience to our guests, an experience deriving from his numerous working “adventures” into leading beverage positions among the top-notch Hotels & Restaurants in Greece. Nothing can be more accurate than the fact that as an obsessed character he is always in search of…pretty much everything that can be of any use. His innovative approach into fine drinking finally found a shelter for our future visitors. If George were a cartoon, he would unanimously be “Thomas O’ Malley” from The Aristocrats. Starting from a very young age, Grigoris soon discovered his passion for cooking. Being a homemade professional cook was the biggest challenge he ever confronted over the numerous restaurants and chefs he cooperated with in Greece and abroad. After completing his management studies, he is still inclined to believe that there is no ceiling to what one can learn from scratch making sure to be in a mentality of learning. Code name Xou-Lee. Her serious bond for gastronomy led her in our team. Xenia conceives food as an artistic canvas on which she likes to feel free to complete the picture. We believe that Xou-Lee is a distant descendant from Bruce-Lee due to her exemplary performance! Therefore if Xenia were to be a cartoon, she would undoubtedly be Ling Xiaoyu from Tekken!
